It&Data is a global team responsible for service across the whole European Zone. Requirements AT least 3 years of experience in FI Domain and SAP solutions with required surrounding tools (functional configuration experience is an advantage)Experience with big implementation projects, in an international and complex environmentStrong communication skills to secure cooperation with business partners and external suppliers and link with internal organization structuresPro-active attitude, determination and flexibilityExperience in working with ticketing tools Ability to adapt to changing environment and to drive small enhancements, mini projects by supporting changes with autonomy and opennessMust have Fluent in ExcelFluent in EnglishKnowledge of module SAP FI Nice to have Knowledge of Service NowKnowledge of module SAP CO Responsibilities As a member of IT&Data you will be responsible for: Securing continuity of daily tasks assigned to the TeamEnsuring effective functional end-users support across the Europe, Turkey, and CIS region - based on internal SLA and KPIContributing to the alignment of the IT service delivery with the business strategyParticipating in delivery of global projects, software deployments to implement solutionsCooperate closely with Business Stakeholders from Europe, Turkey, and CIS region – to identify the Business requirements, support testing and deployment activitiesEnsuring the availability and effectiveness of IT systems to meet and secure business needs and maintaining existing solutionsAnalyzing business processes (definition, mapping, optimization)Work closely, communicating and cooperating with all IT and Business stakeholdersDriving the business to utilize competitive advantages through technology-enabled processes for the FI domainWorking on Internal processes improvementsMAIN INTERACTIONS: Business Stakeholders – Finance R2R area across the European ZoneInternal Data expertsInternal IT Organization membersIT 3rd party providersExternal IT consultants The offer Full-time employment based on a contract of employment (UoP)Hybrid work model (twice a week in the office in Warsaw)Budget 18k gross + Annual bonusLife insurance at GeneraliMedical insurance Luxmed or MedicoverBenefit cafeteria
