Our customers are IT system houses, IT manufacturers and IT service providers. For one of our customers we are looking for several Service Desk Agents (m/f/d) with immediate effect at the locations Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Bremen, Langenfeld, Hamburg, Hanover, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Neckarsulm, Munich, Nuremberg, Gifhorn or Erfurt (depending on the project possibly also remotely from the home office) for the 1st Level Support / IT Helpdesk nationwide at several locations JOB PROFILE - ID 6042SA - Depending on project and qualifications, also possible up to 80% remotely from home office -. TASKS Receiving and recording faults via telephone, e-mail or chat at the customer's IT service desk or helpdesk (also partially possible from the home office after training) Solution or, if necessary, forwarding of the reported problems and documentation of the activities in the ticket system. Support IT users in the hardware and software environment (eg Microsoft operating systems, MS Office, etc.) or in customer-specific applications at 1st level. Willingness for possible shift work (7x24h) KNOWLEDGE Completed vocational training or comparable professional experience (e.g. as 1st level supporter (m/f/d), call center agent (m/f/d), hotline employee (m/f/d), IT customer service representative (m/f/d) or IT customer information specialist (m/f/d) etc.). Knowledge in the IT environment - ideally in the field of Microsoft Windows and MS Office. Experience in customer support or a user help desk or service desk etc. Good German and expandable English skills.
