Salary 4.000 - 5.000 RON net per month Requirements:- MUST HAVE technical skills:- excellent knowledge of installing & configuring Windows OS (Users & Apps);- good knowledge of hardware and software upgrades and installation;- excellent troubleshooting & debugging of Windows applications skills (Office, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.);- excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills;- basic understanding of networking concepts and basic Windows network troubleshooting and debugging skills;- basic knowledge of communication protocols (DHCP, SSH, HTTP, RDP, Telnet, SMTP, SFTP).Soft skills:- willing to learn new skills;- enthusiasm and good communication skills;- great team player.Responsibilities:- The responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following:- provide technical support to end users in our company, diagnosing and resolving problems;- install and configure new computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;- help maintain inventory of computer hardware and software;- respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests through our ticketing system.Technologies:- Linux- Windows- Active DirectoryMore: For us, @astory, the well-being of our colleagues is very important.
