IT Infra Administrator in Ploieşti

Position Summary•Provide easy access to all the features of the office for all the employees (printers, scanners, server, network, etc.) to increase the overall efficiency•Improve IT environment for data utilizationRole and ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure maintenance:Infrastructure tasks (replacing cables, fixing floor hubs, ensuring swift operation of the switching/networking equipment);Troubleshooting a wide array of problems, from SW malfunction to HW issue (from finding out what’s wrong to eventually ordering/replacing components);SW maintenance (keeping OS’s & antivirus solutions updated, software checks, illegal software removal etc.);Database management; Maintain In-house developed program; Server management including backup, domain, data;Security maintenance:Physical security tasks (access groups based on security privileges; providing detailed reports of in/out status)Server security tasks (OS/AV updates, access groups, group permissions, file access, system checks, backup); server maintenance & reinstallation if required;Network security to block unhallowed site, hacking and so on.Data security aligned with GDPREmployee support:Installing/reinstalling/troubleshooting company laptops;SAMSUNG specific application support & training (registering Knox/AD users; SVPN, uReady, Nasca, Escort training, user analysis, HW restrictions, network access etc.)Users’ administration and authorization management;Telephony (configuring Cisco phones, etc.);Additional support provided for electronic devices within the company (videoconferencing systems, AV & projectors, etc.);Maintaining a stable consumable stock for IT devices (toners for printers, cables, joints for infra, etc.)Skills and QualificationsMinimum 5 years related experience;Technical skills: MS Windows server operation, AD operation; Commercial backup solution operation; Windows PC operation; Network trouble shooting; Printer operation;Other requirements:Advanced English;MS Office skills;
