Inviting applications for the role of IT Infra Solution Architect - Assistant Manager - EnglishIn this role, you will develop IT infrastructure solutions that enable our Intelligent Operations teams to support the exciting transformation journeys of our customers. With a solid background in IT core technologies and solution design, you will be the face of Genpact IT organization and work closely with our future and new customers. RoleIn this role, you will:• Create IT infrastructure solutions that support our global Intelligent Operations services• Understand and document customer requirements, match them with Genpact IT offerings and standards, and ensure alignment with our IT and Security delivery teams • Build strong customer relationships• Lead or take part in customer solution discussions and meetings• Obtain customer technology solution signoff and ensure smooth hand-overs to the project management team and support the effective transition of the Operations services to Genpact • Build IT solutions and commercial proposals as part of Genpact’s commercial pursuits • Represent the IT organization as a part of the deal team and present the IT infrastructure solution proposal to internal teams and customers• Respond to a prospective customer and internal team requests for supporting documents and create the requested documentation RequirementsYou will need:• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience• Relevant experience in an IT environment focused on business process management or core IT infrastructure solution design • A strong communicator with the ability to create and shape customer executive-level relationships • A good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and technologies• The sbility to quickly understand a customer’s IT environment and operations to ensure business and IT alignment • Have experience with IT solution development through design workshops, solutioning sessions, or co-creation meetings Qualifications Minimum qualifications • Graduate in Technology (any stream) Preferred qualifications • Be self-starting and motivated to work independently or as part of a bigger global project team• Have strong project management skills with a keen eye for risk analysis and mitigation• A flueny in spoken and written English
