Wherever there is a need for motive power, EnerSys offers the perfect energy solution. Job PurposeIT Integrations Platform Lead is a member of the Enterprise Architecture & Development team, which reports to the EA&D Manager. This will be the go-to person for any Integrations topics related to our Global IPaaS platform or discrete integration request between our enterprise applications.  This role will manage all Integrations change requests (including new integrations), which are prioritized and assigned to the workstreams and monitored for on-track delivery.In this role, the EA&D Integrations Lead will behave as a facilitator, organizing communication between the relevant technical and business teams involved in such Integrations (ERP, External Systems, Salesforce, Business …), ensuring clearly defined and agreed to requirements which are then interpreted properly into technical specifications for the team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides work direction for the members of the Global Integrations team.   This role will manage the work streams for these team members as well as provide oversight for integration design.Owns the integrations intake process and manages the delivery expectations of approved scopes of work.Builds and maintain the Integrations Service CatalogLead the integration design for Enterprise Integrations partnering with our other technical and applications teams.Mentor the Integration team members and partners on the sustainment and design of integrations solutions; executing design, performance and code reviews as requiredDrives the best practices for the team following DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering Practices.Work with Integrations team members to deliver Implementations (Hands-on required)Organize some Knowledge Sharing Sessions (Internally or Externally) for both our technologies, as well as our processesBe the first point of Contact should an Integrations Issue arise and be responsible to resolve it, defining options and making decisions on themOther duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Will be the Lead for the EA&D Integrations Team as well as manage our 3rd party partners in the integrations space..Qualifications4+ years’ experience in the Integrations space using IPaaS (Jitterbit, Mulesoft Dell, Boomi, etc …)Experience capturing user requirements, defining Technical Specifications, and implementing solutionsExperience with design and creation of Jitterbit Projects, requiredExperience with Mulesoft, highly beneficial Experiences with Microsoft Teams PlatformStrong verbal and written communications skills in English including strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures.Experience with process mapping and documentation.Strong stake holder management.Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative and highly augmented (multiple partners and suppliers) environment.Highly self-motivated and self-directed.Ability to balance what is strategically right with what is practically realistic.
