IT Manager/IT Team Leader in Bucuresti

Job Description We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated IT Manager/IT Team Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, managing, rewarding, and motivating the teams. Provide daily objectives, develop reward systems for productivity that motivate new hires and seasoned workers alike and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, applications support, and backup strategies. Carry out regular assessment of the company’s systems and operations to ascertain level of exposure to risk, and then take further steps to eliminate or manage them.Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department.Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies.Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.Organize regular seminars and trainings to teach team members new techniques and methods.Keep up with trends in the constantly evolving information technology industry.Perform regular IT audits to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.Write and forward regular reports to the management.RequirementsMust have 6-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects covering including networks, servers, security, business applications support, maintenance of intranet/websites and other IT assets.
