  • The IT Modern Workplace Client Specialist design / executes tasks to support the remote-workforce and remote-management of the client-environment. As remote workforce can be located anywhere in the world and needs to have services available to them at all times.

    The IT Modern Workspace Client Specialist will help design, implement and maintain a set of technologies and tools to enable remote device deployment and management. He/ She will take advantage of cloud technologies to perform these tasks. He/She will work with the overall End User Computing team to develop a Co-Management solution.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    Delivers regular project updates including project status, next steps, accomplishments and issues on multiple projectsImplements and supports Enterprise Mobility Suite/Intune functions, Compliance and Configuration policies, Azure Active Directory, Intune Exchange Connector, Identity Manager (MIM), Cloud Management GatewayManages System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and cloud integrationsOwns and Supports the Windows 10 “Out of the Box Experience” deployments using AutoPilot.Administers and Manages cloud delivery technologiesSoftware Updates/Patching (MS or Third Party)Software Deployment (Company Portal, Store, etc.)Client security (Intune Policy/Drive Encryption)Supports Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for all types of devicesOwns and supports the lifecycle management process across all cloud technologiesService Desk activitiesPerforms service request execution from IT and business customersProvides Second level escalated support tickets from IT client techniciansSupports implementations thru the change control process

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

     

    BA/BS Computer Science or related field3+ years working in Information TechnologyProficient in English, other European languages is a plus ITILFamiliar with Project Management Methodologies/ProcessesExperience in implementing and executing towards a Service Management Framework in a large organizationExperience with SCCM co-management technologiesExperience with Intune device managementExperience working with global partnersExcellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsStrong Process OrientationInternal Use Only: Salary
