IT Project Manager in Bucuresti

Sustainalytics is looking for a highly versatile, motivated and collaborative Project Manager to join the current Technology Strategic Projects team. The ideal candidate has a strong business and customer focus, a first-class problem solver. This opportunity requires excellent organization, problem solving, and communication skills. This position is based in our Bucharest office and reports to the Program Manager for Sustainalytics Data Lake integration program.The primary responsibilities in this role will be to drive planning and execution on a day-to-day basis for the Core Data Integration team’s initiatives, releases and related capabilities, be accountable for on-time, on-scope and with high-quality delivery of every release. This role covers domain areas that include release planning, capacity, risk and dependency management.Job Responsibilities- Create, execute, and monitor Release and Sprint plans.- Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, defining appropriate risk mitigation and contingency plans.- Plan and facilitate all agile ceremonies.- Communicate status information to stakeholders concisely and clearly.- Drive communication across functional international teams.Qualifications- Three to five years of experience as an IT project manager/scrum master and release management.- Strong knowledge of agile as well as waterfall software development methodologies.- A high- level understanding of project and product management tools and concepts.- Knowledge of engineering practices such as deployment pipelines and continuous integration- Strong influencing skills to drive outcomes within cross functional teams that do not report to you.- Experience working in software development- Strong customer service focus- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities and deadlines- Ability to learn and adapt to change- Strong process orientation and ability to manage by metrics- Excellent writing, communication, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skillsAbout UsSustainalytics is a Morningstar company dedicated to responsible investment with over 25 years' experience in ESG research and ratings.
