Everyone at Prysmian has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the world around us.Team Overview and Job responsibilitiesPart of the Global IT Center of Excellence you will part of a Global community of IT enthusiast located in Romania but directly working with our teams located all over the world and with our HQ.Opportunities to travel for projects and support internationally.Your main accountabilities are going to include:•All CoE Project status updates, independently monitoring of project deadlines within the established tools and practices;•Development and the update of CoE monitoring tools, allowing an effective control over project initiatives, costs and budget; ensuring the coherence and the alignment with the strategic guidelines;•Actively support the CoE operations and its development, being an active support to CoE Senior Manager in CoE daily tasks and strategic initiatives engaging with the relevant stakeholders worldwide.Knowledge•Degree in Engineering Management, Economics, Computer Science, Management or related fields•Complete understanding of Project Management principles and practices•High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Powerpoint)•3+ years of experience in project support roles, preferably PMOClosure of the postingYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
