RequirementsA Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of a decade of experience in managing and executing complex projects involving teams.Profound understanding of both software development processes and project management methodologies.Demonstrated history of successfully delivering projects with real-world market applications.An extroverted and collaborative personality, with strong teamwork skills.Familiarity with the professional software development lifecycle.Awareness of the medical or clinical domain.A proactive, open-minded, and cooperative approach.Proficiency in spoken and written English. Having any of the following would be considered a significant assetPossession of certifications in Project Management.Prior involvement in the development of Medical Devices.Hands-on experience working with ISO13485 standards. ResponsibilitiesLeading a diverse project team (or teams) throughout the entire project lifecycle, spanning from the initial concept phase to requirements definition, development, verification, validation, and ultimately achieving a successful market launch.Overseeing every facet of project development.Ensuring that project execution adheres to our established standards, including ISO13485, IEC62304, and ISO14971.Staying well-informed about regulatory matters, particularly those relevant to Medical Devices.Emphasizing the reliability of software, firmware, and hardware throughout product development, which includes thorough regression testing.Establishing and executing objectives related to functionality, specifications, quality, cost, and timing.Effectively managing the day-to-day tasks of project team members.Serving as the principal point of contact for customers during the project execution phase.Implementing robust risk management strategies.Maintaining regular communication with all stakeholders, whether internal or external.Collaborating with customers on project proposals, specifications, and troubleshooting to ensure their satisfaction.
