Responsibilities:Define order fulfillment and licensing requirements related to PTC product offerings:Product/part configurationScenarios related to fulfillment of new orders, renewals, cancellations, and amendmentsFulfillment notifications and revenue recognition eventsAsset and install base managementDefine and document repeatable process flow for new product introduction related to order fulfillment and licensing. Implement templates and tools to streamline processTranslate functional and business requirements into clear and actional designsDemo capabilities and features to team and business stakeholdersWork alongside development team to deliver solutions aligned with designs/requirementsPerform testing as needed to ensure that solutions are functionally soundAnalyze operations and customer experience and recommend improvements to streamline order fulfillment processesSkills and knowledge:Strong understanding of order management and fulfillment processesStrong understanding of the subscription lifecycle, including contract generation management, amendments, and renewalsStrong understanding of asset management process, systems, and dataExperience with asset data model in SFDC a significant plusAbility to build reports, query data, and perform data analysisAbility to build and manage process flows3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and/or Revenue cloudSalesforce certifications in sales cloud, service cloud, or revenue cloud preferableLife at PTC is about more than working with today’s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
