IT Resilience and Disaster Recovery Manager in Constanţa

Your responsibilities: Design and implement IT Disaster Recovery framework for our European businesses. Ensure that IT disaster recovery and operational resilience documentation is maintained and up to date. Plan and lead IT disaster recovery and resilience testing exercises. Integrate disaster recovery and IT operational resilience considerations into the design and implementation of new IT solutions. Provide expert guidance to EHC IT to improve disaster recovery and IT operational resilience, Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the effectiveness and status of IT disaster recovery and operational resilience capabilities. We want you to have: Comprehensive understanding of Business Continuity Management, including key concepts such as Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO), Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption (MTPD) and operational resilience principles. In-depth knowledge of data backup and recover technologies and strategies. Knowledge of IT disaster recovery solutions, Familiarity with cyber security defence practices, including threat identification, mitigation and response strategies. Knowledge of cloud computing architectures, including their implications for disaster recovery and operational resilience planning. Proven experience in IT Disaster Recovery (DR) with a strong focus on operational resilience. Prior experience in the financial industry or a similar regulated environment.
