Job Description As an IT Security Engineer, you will provide technical support to worldwide customers using all methods of communication. From a support standpoint you will deliver the support (incident and change management). Tasks: Support for Tufin @BOSCH Tufin Administration in general Manage server environment Manage security zones for Tufin Systems (firewall rules required for Tufin itself) Maintain SC Workflows add devices, manage parameters, manage access to Tufin Diagnose and resolve issues with Tufin SC tickets Diagnose and resolve Topology Issues Diagnose Tufin API issues Open and process Support Tickets to Tufin in the Tufin Support Portal Support for Tufin@BOSCH in your focus area Focus areas are General / overall Cisco Fortinet Checkpoint Automation Integrations with front end application Deliver support in particular for your focus area Support colleagues working in these areas regarding Tufin questions, Tufin issues Debug issues Consulting within BOSCH Provide consulting on Tufin to neighbor departments Tufin Core Team Steering Tasks Chair / moderate the Tufin regular calls Have a look at open tasks in the Tufin Kanban board and work with the assignees to resolve tasks Plan and lead Tufin upgrades Future directions / Architecture / Plan ahead Participate in Tufin events to learn Tufin product directions, evaluate their effects on Tufin deployment at BOSCH, plan architectural changes to the Tufin@BOSCH deployment Keep current on new developments in BOSCH network architecture, BOSCH tooling evaluate their effects on Tufin deployment at BOSCH plan architectural and functional changes to the Tufin@BOSCH deployment Lead "mini projects" that realize changes to the Tufin@BOSCH environment Participate in projects@BOSCH that Change / enhance the Tufin@BOSCH environment require new environments to be boarded / to be added to the Tufin@BOSCH environment (e.g. Network Segmentation) Technologies/Tools used: Cisco, Fortinet, Tufin, Linux Qualifications Profile: Strong experience in firewall management Experience and knowledge in using at least one firewall management solutions (Tufin knowledge is an advantage) Experience in firewall automation and integration Experience with agile approach Ability to work in an international team Very good command of English - both written and spoken Additional information Benefits: We would like to offer you number of amenities for you and your loved ones.
