IT SPECIALISTKey Responsibilities  • Provide support in production area when requested for equipment’s installed - thin client, printer, barcode scanner • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware (like pc/laptop/printer), software and resources used • Be familiar with peripherals used like printers, scanners, thin client • Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance • Maintain and implement policies and procedures for information processing and computer systems operations and peripherals • Maintain documentation and hardware/software registers • Maintain and update procedural documentation and periodic reports as needed • Create and maintain compliance documentation for audit and production applications • Create and maintain schematic drawings for network infrastructure Key Qualifications/Requirements Technical degree Minimum 2 years’ Experience in IT Excellent communication ability, attention to detail Availability for overtime, flexibility, teamwork, dynamic, organized
