IT SpecialistKey Responsibilities Provide support in production area when requested for equipment’s installed – thin clients, printers, barcode scanners/printers Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware (like pc/laptop/printer), software and resources used Be familiar with peripherals used like printers, scanners, thin clients; Office users support, printing, windows Production KPI’s/Dashboards creation Networking skills medium; MES systems support/maintenance (production, flows, processes, label printing) Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance Perform yearly health check infrastructure switches, UPSs with vendors; Perform Windows monthly updates for all devices in the network including servers Virtualization support for VmWare machines/servers; Maintain and implement policies and procedures for information processing and computer systems operations and peripherals Maintain documentation and hardware/software registers Maintain and update procedural documentation and periodic reports as needed Create and maintain compliance documentation for audit and production applications Create and maintain schematic drawings for network infrastructureKey Qualifications/Requirements Minimum 2 years’ Experience in IT Technical degree Good knowledge of MS Office/365 package, SQL data-bases Cisco CCNA Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Package (ex PowerBI, PowerApps) Analytical skills English medium Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines with minimum supervision Ability to document processes, procedures, reports and results Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
