Your tasks As part of the SBK application management, you will be responsible for the operational implementation and control of the organization, ensuring and further developing the operation as well as the functionality and availability of the supported applications You act as a contact person (m/f/d) and are in contact with users, service providers and manufacturers to the applications you support in exchange Through your independent problem and error analysis, you solve technical failures of the application (s) you support. You capture and analyze customer requirements and take over the guidance and support of the departments in the analysis, design and modeling of complex issues You independently drive new organizational and/or technological solution options with a focus on the area of responsibility You will take responsibility for the planning and management of projects for the operational takeover of medium complexity, for the introduction of new or modified solutions You advise and support the departments and take over the design, development and implementation of effective and efficient operating processes and operating organizations for the area of responsibility CRM and applications Your profile You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education with relevant work experience You have experience in the operational running of applications, in incident, problem and change handling as well as service provider management Furthermore, you have knowledge in the planning and control of partly cross-departmental release, regression testing as well as operational processes and in the area of SQL / databases. Topics such as process analysis and documentation as well as IT infrastructures are familiar to you You have gained initial experience in application support and ideally in the area of document management systems (helic_21cdocs) as well as archiving systems (d.3 and 21 c|ng) Very advanced knowledge of German, at least at C1 level.
