IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities
• resolving IT/technical incidents
• communication with partners - pickup points and e-shops
• communication with internal analysts and developers from Czech Republic
• resolving requests directed to technical support (adjusting settings, etc.)
• resolving technical problems related to operations (malfunctioning printers, barcode scanners, etc.) • solving problems related to payment terminals
Requirements:
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows (command line basics, orientation in the system and its settings, administration console, etc.)
• Basics of network configuration and common network elements
• Ability to navigate web applications (such as webmail) and traditional applications (antiviruses, etc.) • Knowledge of PHP and/or MySQL an advantage • Knowledge of API integration + integration of eshop modules an advantage
• Knowledge of applications from Mozilla family an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Responsibility, ability to organize work and drive to see things through to completion
