Responsible for proactive monitoring of services to ensure availability, performance, and customer satisfaction Deploy new technologies to increase automation operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Your strengths as an employee IT support (m/f/d): Completed training as an IT specialist or practical experience in IT support. Independent work, a high degree of self-organization and the competence to identify and solve problems Terms such as VLAN, TCP/IP networking, routing and switching are not foreign words.
