Job description:Support end-user community by identifying and troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, networks and servers. Requires knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office and other software and hardware platforms, and basic knowledge of computer networking equipment and principles. Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware installations, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, and repairs. Perform problem analysis and system monitoring, including daily backups. Monitor routers, firewalls, switches, printers, workstations and servers to ensure network resources are reliable and available. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide customer service to ensure resolution of problems. Keep and maintain accurate maintenance records.
