Your Tasks
We are looking for a Resident IT Technician with experience in the technical and / or assistance to users at SMEs or multinationals in order to fulfil technical activities and installations on our customer own sites.
Position will be based 75% of the time in Romania and 25% of the time in Hungary (Nyíregyháza), involving to travel to Hungary almost 1 week per month.

identify, diagnose, and resolve the level one / two issues in computer hardware and software in a systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile Devices, Tablets etc.deal with software portfolio management and product life cycle managementprovide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/ re-imaging PCs, and laptopscoordinate with the third party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the sameprovide assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc. provide smart hand support for Server and network devices Our Requirements
have matured at least 2 years of experience in a similar positionknowldege of Microsoft end-user technologies including: Windows Operating System / Microsoft Officeexperience in Hardware/Software and Remote Support including: Imaging and automated deployment of Windows 7/10 / Conference room equipment management / Encryption/Antivirus Apps administration / Upgrading PC hardwareexperience in end-user technologies including: Lotus Notes and Outlook Email Client / Deployment Tools like SCCM / Antivirus Management Tools like SEP client / Ticketing Tools like Service-nowgood knowledge of English and are motivated to do something good for your usersDriving licensewillingness to travel 25% of the time Your Benefits
