Description On behalf of our iGaming Client, global leader supplier in the industry, we are looking, for their office in the center of Bucharest, dynamic and playful Game Presenters. Not previous experience required!As an Online Game Presenter, it is your responsibility that games as Poker, Black Jack and Roulette are handled correctly. You will be facing the camera like a TV presenter or Vlogger whilst engaging players.Please note: this is NOT a remote job, but on- site at the office in Bucharest.You will be “the face” of the company, learning to deliver expert knowledge and superior gaming qualityYou will present all games (roulette, blackjack and more) in the required professional manner, showcasing exceptional presenting skills at all times in line with the company performance expectationsYou'll have the ability to engage playersYou'll maintain a professional level of technical proficiency in all games with the ability to remain fully aware of your performance at all times and ensure compliance with the Company brand guidelines Requirements No experience is required; a full paid training is offered.Fluency in Italian is a must and conversational English is requiredWell presentedAn enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personalityFlexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to a 24/7 shifts rotation (Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, 2 free days (6am - 2pm, 2pm -10pm, 10pm - 6am)Must be able to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games that require a more animated performanceMust be able to demonstrate the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline and discretion Offer Full relocation support for 1 year for candidates abroad (flight paid to Bucharest, free accommodation in a two bedrooms apartment close to the office, to share with a new colleague with all the utilities paid);Salary: starting base salary of 1000 Euro NET per month for the first 3 months + excellence bonus of 300 euro NET monthly; from the 4th month the base salary is 1200 Euro NET monthly + excellence bonus of 300 euro NET monthly + up to 600 Euro NET monthly of performance bonus.Competitive salary: Increased salary scheme after the probation periodPerformance bonus: In addition to your salary, you will also be able to receive up to RON 3,000 net per month (600 Euro NET)Free meals: provided daily when you’re working.Gym benefit: kicks in after your first 6 monthsShift allowance: +100% for legal holidays, +25% for night shifts, +10% for weekend shiftsPrivate health care insurance; best in classPaid initial training with different workshops and development classes;Career growth opportunities within an international tech company;
