Your role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from Italian-speaking customers regarding travel inquiries, bookings, and support issues. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Information Provision: Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, destinations, policies, and services. Booking Management: Assist customers with making, modifying, and canceling bookings, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately. Support Services: Offer support for issues related to travel disruptions, cancellations, and other customer concerns. Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve services and products. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service operation. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the travel industry, is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, including CRM software and MS Office Suite.
