You have a strong focus on incident, change, service request and configuration management.Designing and improving modern processes with a focus on automation via command and controlParticipate in planning and strategy meetings and assist in defining the organisation and service delivery. Key Skills5+ years relevant experienceScripting and automation: skills in Scripting languages to automate tasks.Experience with API integration/development.ITIL and DevOps experienceKnowledge of ITSM tools: Several years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti or BMC Remedy.Several years of experience with IT Asset Management and IT Configuration Management processes.Experience in managing IT projects and implementing ITSM processes.Languages: German & English
