Learn more: For our JTI branch in Bucharest, we are seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual for the position of IWS Maintenance Lead Trainer. IWS Maintenance Lead TRAINER (manager position) In this versatile role, you will report directly to the IWS Manager and share responsibility for continuous improvement in production through progressive equipment maintenance and systematic error elimination. Additionally, you will coach the Cells Maintenance Lead and teach him how to oversee the planning of maintenance activities within his area, therefore playing a significant role in the development of the company culture. Responsibilities: Role as a local Maintenance Lead Trainer/Coach within the framework of implementing the Integrated Works Systems (IWS) for personnel assigned to specific machines and equipment in defined cells. Training in all relevant IWS methodologies and principles during the Run-to-Target (RTT) Accelerator Program, as well as ongoing coaching of equipment personnel together with the Maintenance Lead to successfully accompany the cultural transformation and achieve improved results at the equipment. Continuous coaching of Maintenance Lead in IWS specific systems in order for him to: Become a technical leader within the assigned cell. Become responsible for systematic elimination and prevention of maintenance and technical-related disruptions through in-depth technical analyses of machines. Become accountable for ensuring smooth technical production operations within the cell, as well as enhancing and increasing machine performance/efficiencies. Coach teams in solving technical problems, including assisting in establishing standards and countermeasures to prevent equipment failures. Support the Cell Lead in developing quarterly plans and objectives. Requirements: Completed technical/mechanical education. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the industrial field, along with knowledge of continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM). Good proficiency in English, spoken and written. Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Word/Excel) and ideally SAP experience. Proactive attitude, precise and accurate work style, communicative, team-oriented, and independent. Familiarity with health and safety legislation.
