This will enable us to unlock synergies between countries in the digital transformation and avoid duplication going forward.Your day-to-dayFirst of all, you are a passionate, hands-on Java developer;You are the former Technical Lead spending 60% of your time on content tasks related to the domain;You are in charge of the „how”, - how to build an efficient, high quality solution based on the requested functionality;You are responsible for people management related activities : 1 to 1 meetings with your team members , performance management, help your team develop through coaching, mentoring and constant feedback, etc.;Together with your IT Area Lead you set targets for each team member.What you’ll bring to the teamA University degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics or equivalent;7+ years of Java software engineering experience;Experience with coaching and motivating team members;Advanced knowledge of Java 11 or higher;Experience in developing automated testing;Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, Fortify, Git, Jenkins, Maven;Experience or affinity with IT Security concepts;Good written and verbal English skills;Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with others.
