It is a single security layer providing Identification & Verification, Authentication and Approval services to all ING customers.One Gate offers global means APIs that are used for authentication, consent, identification & verification and are not built for a specific local purpose (e.g. only for customers of Home'Bank Romania) but are generic enough to be reused by different applications throughout ING regardless of business unit, country, etc.Together with your team you will be responsible to develop and deliver new features for the identification & verification means and, also, for the application authentication means with the main focus on the constant improvement of the products.Your day to dayEven if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:Help define and build new features based on business needs;Write structured, tested, readable and maintainable code;Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality;Incident management when acting as the stand by/on-call person;Support your teammates by continuing to learn and grow;Guide/support the less experienced colleagues.What you’ll bring to the teamExperience: at least 3 years of experience as a software developerTech stack/ knowledge:Java 11;Spring and Springboot;Common testing tools (JUnit, Mockito);NoSQL/SQL databases;Maven/Gradle;RESTful APIs;Nice to have:Experience with DevOps teams;Experience with CI/CD. Foreign languages: English (advanced);Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field is a plus.
