Nasze produkty są stosowane tam, gdzie mamy do czynienia z procesem produkcji odbywającym się w bardzo wysokiej temperaturze.Responsibilities:Provide support in the following PTP processes: validate and process vendor invoices/credit notes/payments in advance within specified deadlines (both invoices types: with purchase order and without), analysis of open items, prepare simple reports, respond to queries (via phone and e-mail) etc.Assist in balance sheet reconciliation and open items (debit balances, direct debits, overdue items, etc.)Participate in PTP month-end closure activitiesProcessing/posting business trip settlementsAssist in payment processTake part in global improvement projects, take initiative to improve processes and assist with other accounting projectsPerform quality audit on booked documentsAssist accountants and senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly activitiesCooperate with local finance team and other Vesuvius departmentsSupports a Team Leader/Direct Supervisor in any additional activities and ad hoc requestsRequirements:Sound understanding of accounting principles.Proven experience in Accounts Payable or internship in accounting area is a plus but not required.Background in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration is a plus but not requiredRelevant secondary education (or post-secondary Accounting training) is required.Advanced EnglishGood knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with OutlookBasic knowledge of any ERP system will be an advantageAttention to detailsGood organization of workGood with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen“Can-do” attitudeWhat we offer:Private Health CareLunch CardVacation BonusAttractive CompensationFlexible Working HoursHome OfficeInternal Referral ProgramChance to Build Processes and StandardsInternational Work EnvironmentCreative Atmosphere and Great PeopleRecognition and CSR activities
