Junior HR Planning Analyst in Zalãu

Location: Zalau, Romania Department: Human Resourcing Planning Are you a driven individual with a passion for Human Resources and a talent for analysis and reporting? Your organizational skills, technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and ability to interact with others make you an ideal candidate for this role. In this role, you will support transformation projects by analyzing Human Resources processes, assist in HR reporting and dashboard development, identify improvement opportunities, execute improvement actions, and support the general efficiency improvement of Human Resources at a regional level. You will also analyze monthly deviations of HR fixed expenses and propose corrective actions, and assist in the development of ad-hoc reporting to support decision-making processes in HR and the business.
