Junior IT Consultant Public Sector An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. Responsibilities Support in managing projects and deliver as agreed with the project manager and key project stakeholders; Prepare presentations; Understand client issues and develop hypotheses of key problems - interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders; Collect data and information from different sources (e.g. from desk research or from interviews with client representatives or from stakeholders); Act as an analyst on projects to collect and understand client environment and requirements; Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of data and information collected; Draft and structure work products and deliverables; Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel; Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress. People responsibilities Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures; Team player. Requirements: University degree with Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent, is a plus; Experience in working with business & IT service organizations/ departments; Experience in process discovery and modelling for digitalization (e.g. BPMN), is a plus; Familiar with technology & interoperability topics, is a plus; Experience in working in an agile environment; Experience working with strict deadlines and short time limited tasks; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Fluent in English.
