Junior Knowledge Management Specialist in Bucuresti

Job Description & Summary PwC is hiring a Junior Knowledge Management Specialist within the EMEA Tax and Legal Knowledge Management team. This person’s main role will be to offer operational and administrative support for the communication & collaboration program and the training program, to enable the flow of knowledge within the Knowledge Management community and to create awareness about the sources of knowledge that exist in PwC among the Tax and Legal practitioners. Responsibilities: Assist the driver of the communication & collaboration activities with operational and administrative tasks such as the organization of internal events and communications, maintaining the content of the internal communication website. Assist the driver of the people & training activities with operational and administrative tasks such as the organization of internal training and events. Maintain open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to enable continuous performance of projects Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (communication, social sciences, international relations, etc.) Logical and analytical, with a strong attention to detail Strong focus on quality Self-starter, able to work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Learning agility with the ability to adapt Proves curiosity and shows a professional attitude and behaviour Fluency in English is a must (speaking, writing and reading) Computer literacy Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (M365 is a plus) Knowledge of Google Suite enterprise applications such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets (but not mandatory) Data Visualization tools is a plus Experience in Knowledge Management is not required as training will be provided.
