Junior Policy Admin with Italian in Bucuresti

Responsibilities Pure back-office activities, still requiring fluent Italian language, multiple system accesses and agile team integration Preparation of reports on payment blocks for sign-off Opening requests on Allianz systems for various types of checks in settlement perimeter (inc. claims) Categorization by product or by type of operations via MIR/email /ticketing Switch control for hybrid products (from segregated funds to UL) All two Italian key systems (Retail and Group business system) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Mathematics /Actuarial Sciences (Master is a plus) 1-2 years of experience in life insurance Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access) You are a team player and have excellent communication skills You are innovative and methodological and are able to provide quality while under time-constraint English and Italian Skills Very good attention to details Good communication skills Client orientation Team player Ability to work in international environment Ability to work under pressure Benefits Come to the Allianz side!
