Posizione What you can expect:Intertek, a leading international ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification) services company, is seeking aƏ Junior Project Coordinator for the Industry Services Business Line.Industry provides a wide range of technical services in Oil & Gas globally: exploration, production, engineering, refining, testing, quality control, research and hydrocarbon related activities. All Intertek personnel offer clients years of industry experience. Oil & Gas services and solutions help clients meet quality, safety, performance and financial goals.You will be placed in one of the existing teams and will be the point of contact for our Clients for the management and delivery of inspection service, interfacing with Vendors, Inspectors and Intercompany offices present internationally.You will be responsible for the following activities:receives the order from the Customer, ensuring that all necessary technical documentation is updated and sent from the vendor, to the Customer, to the inspectorschedules and plans the activities of technicians in the territory, researching and selecting the most qualified inspectors for specific assignments based on location, experience, and availability, informing them of the proper use of Customer formsmaintains relationships with suppliers, acts proactively toward new Customer requests - performs review of Inspection Reports and Timesheets issued by inspectorsperforms constant follow-ups with Customers and Suppliers throughout the process, monitoring the quality of the service provided, keeping them constantly updated and communicating Intertek procedures and policiesperforms reporting activities for internal and external useupdates the company CRM throughout the process Requisiti What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree or equivalent degreewe are looking for both middle and junior profiles:- middle: 1-3 years of experience as Procurement Specialist, Technical Service Coordinator, Account Manager, Logistics Operative and provenance from the Oil&Gas sector and from the testing-inspection-certification market will be a preferential requirement- junior: preferable previous brief experience in Front Office, B2B Customer Service, Foreign Sales Officegood knowledge of the English language, important for managing relationships with foreign countriesgood knowledge of the Office package and use of the Pcresistance to stress, problem solving, multitasking, customer orientation, dynamism and ability to work in a team
