Junior QA Engineer with JavaScript in Bucuresti

As part of a portfolio of best-in-class developer tools, we are looking for a person who will join our QA team to help us to keep the quality of our products at the highest level. The perfect candidate would have a mix of soft and technical skills and be open-minded, patient, and creative. You will be mainly responsible for the quality of a brand new project, but also for our existing ones. We guarantee support from our QA Engineers who will introduce you to projects and help you during your onboarding. We know how important the first days in a new job are, so we will make sure that you will have time to learn about our products and how we work :) Your role: manual testing of our products and websites; API testing; stress testing and regression testing; reporting and verifying issues in our issue trackers; depending on skills, creating test automation and automation scripts; communicating with the development team; improving your technical and soft skills. About yourself: you have a previous similar experience; you need to love testing; we know how important job satisfaction is on a daily basis; you know how web applications work (both client side and server) ; you have strong JavaScript foundations and solid HTML and CSS knowledge; you have the will to expand your knowledge and experience (technical and soft skills); you have an excellent command of English (at least C1) , as you will be a part of the international team. Nice to have: Projects portfolio on GitHub; Experience with test automation; Knowledge of web security and common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) In return, we offer: the total monthly compensation package range for this position is 7 000 - 11 000 PLN, which includes a base salary and an annual and quarterly bonus.
