Junior Sales Representative -SibiuClient Description:Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a leading provider of textile rental, cleaning, and maintenance services for industrial use, a Junior Sales Representative who will cover sales relationships in Sibiu, Valcea, Olt, Dolj, Gorj.Responsibilities:· Allocated area: Sibiu, Valcea, Olt, Dolj, Gorj. · Promote and sell textile rental, cleaning, and maintenance services to industrial clients within the assigned territory.· Acquire new clients in the target group for service products, driving business growth.· Expand existing business by offering full-service solutions to current customers.· Negotiate and finalize commercial contracts to meet sales and business objectives.· Achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales targets set by the company.· Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships and customer satisfaction.Candidate Profile:· Medium to advanced level English language proficiency; · Proficiency in Hungarian or German is a plus.· Proven experience in sales, preferably within B2B or service sectors.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.· Decision-making ability, result-oriented mindset, persistence, and ambition to achieve goals.· Valid Category B driving license.· Proficiency in using PC applications (MS Office).· Willingness to travel as required by the role. Benefits:· Performance bonuses.· 13 monthly salaries per year.· Company car provided with personal use · Medical insurance· Modern IT equipment: company phone, laptop, and iPad.· Support from a sales assistant, including pre-scheduled meetings with potential clients.· Participation in meetings and trainings held in Hungary and Germany.Toti candidatii care corespund cerintelor de mai sus sunt invitati sa aplice online.
