Your responsibilitiesSupport 1 or more physical or virtual agile IT teams by coaching them in self-organizing and facilitating their scrum events wherever needed.Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and facilitate a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scopeFacilitate preparation and readiness for program level events which your team participates in (program increment planning, demos, etc).Help the team embrace SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.Facilitate team retrospectives in order to enable their relentless improvementHelp remove impediments to the team’s progressHelp the team manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growthYour TeamBecome part of the startup of a dynamic team that is leading NXP on a digital transformation journey. There is a lot of room for new ideas and innovations and you will be supported to have a continuous focus on development, coaching and creating a supportive environment for your team.Your profileMust have skills:Knowledge about backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc. Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.Knowledge and understanding of Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Development, Pair Programming, TDD, Agile Games.Knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.Good communication, and roadblocks removing skillsGood technical presentation skillsFluency in English written and spokenThe following are pluses:Experience with Agile methodologyKnow-how of automotive standards and software quality processesExperience with managing application level software for the embeddedNot needed but preferred: Scrum Master Certification
