C# (regular) Purpose of the position: Junior Software Developer is a part of Agile team creating the software solutions supporting our most modern and highly complex hearing instruments systems. The software solutions need to enable the dispenser to fit the hearing instruments to patient needs, present advanced features in the most optimal way and ensure optimal user experience for our end users at top performance. This is a challenging position where the Junior Software Developer works in a multisite, cross-cultural team. Tasks and responsibilities consist of developing and implementing high quality software; introducing new features, key for best user experience. The person is involved in the whole process from requirement specifications over design and implementation to final test and documentation. Junior Software Developer also strives for excellence by constantly improving her/his skills. What tasks are waiting for you? · Conduct code reviews with colleagues.· Execute tests and reports according to established processes.· Work close with other developers to ensure team deliveries.· Execute planning together with the team.· Work within a SCRUM process.· Review and provide input to requirements.· Stay updated on new design trends and technologies.· Set and follows guidelines, standards, practices.· Be an integral contributor to Agile Release Train in SAFe framework.· Understand multistep development and testing process of medical products.· Act according to company culture values: “we create trust”, “we are team players”, “we apply can-do attitude”, “we create innovative solutions”. It would be great, if you: · studied software engineering (computer science or equivalent) or has minimum 1 year of relevant work experience;· have solid programming experience - C#/.NET;· have an experience in Windows Presentation Foundation;· speak fluently in English;· understand of the software lifecycle processes;· have constant care for architecture, code base, test and documentation;· have an experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM) as your daily development process (nice to have);· have an inquisitive approach to new solutions and ideas;· have focus on quality and thoroughness in general;· have a drive to constantly improve skills and knowledge.
