Your Role
Are you a curious, analytical and critical thinker? You enjoy exploring systems with the intention of discovering useful information for your stakeholders. You will contribute and make an impact towards building a new, innovative and market leading investor relations platform from the ground up.
Work with developers and the Product Owner to ensure user stories are ready to be worked on by the team Define and communicate a strategy for testing for each iteration, including identified risks, test ideas and planned automation Identify important issues as soon as possible and work with the team to have them resolved and retested Provide feedback and ideas to support continuous improvement Participate in cross team integration and regression testing in preparation for releases Your Team
You will be working in a newly formed team in Bucharest. The team will be aligned to a work stream and own their features/services from coding to running in production.
Your expertise
1 – 3 years’ experience in software testing or a related field The ability to quickly identify, plan, execute and report results of testing activities Some knowledge and experience of writing code (preferably in C# or JavaScript, but other languages will be considered) Strong communication and collaboration skills It’s a bonus if you also have
Experience using BDD or ATDD A solid understanding of or experience with exploratory testing Experience working with RDBMS You are
