Introduction We are looking for a  Junior Specialist Accounting & Finance with Italian  to join our team in Bucharest, a main responsible person for development and improvement of our main assets! Requirements mandatory higher education(completed or ongoing); B1 Italian and B1 English skills (mandatory); experience in back-office activities, financial/banking/accounting field it's a plus; analytical and decision making oriented; excellent communication and organizational skills; quick learner, motivated, responsible and team player; problem solving; Microsoft Office Analysis, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, ambitious; open-minded, structured and result oriented personality; willing to learn new things; respectful to multicultural environment; pragmatic and problem-solving mind; good negotiator focused on win-win solutions; ability to work in challenging environment, "can do" and "extra mile" attitude.
