You will therefore ideally have either immigration/consular services experience or a strong interest in this subject matter, together with knowledge management experience.Ideal Skillset: •Either immigration/consular experience or knowledge management experience (with a strong interest in immigration) •Degree educated •High level of IT literacy and ability to pick up new technical systems quickly •Able to engage confidently with business and operational stakeholders globally and across all levels, including senior stakeholders •High degree of commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to the wider business and Knowledge agenda •A range of influencing skills, personal impact and communication skills that will ensure success and command instant credibility at all levels of the organization •Resilience and ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines •Able to digest high volumes of information and ensure it is presented in a way which is relevant and accurate •Able to challenge information provided from numerous sources to ensure accuracy and relevance•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language is essential Your future role Responsibilities: •Using our technology tool, seek out immigration news and content on a daily basis, validating the same with our global network of immigration professionals and researching/robustly interrogating the information collected to ensure it is relevant, accurate and to the point•Ensuring our technology tools and other immigration collateral is kept up to date with this immigration content •Ensure our clients are alerted to key immigration news. By drafting news alerts and/or overseeing the provision of news alerts globally, you will ensure our client news alerts are prompt, effective and easily digestible by our clients•Analysis of data and reporting to be able to report on trends, such as processing times•Ensuring client SLAs on content are met and managing the governance process surrounding immigration content, including tracking and following up with the relevant technical teams to ensure updates are made as required•Working with our delivery centers to ensure they have sufficient collateral to support the successful delivery of their activities •Managing our knowledge management inbox•Development of relevant templates for presentations, proposals, letters, etc. •Maintaining contacts with other Knowledge Managers and Coordinators, establishing contacts with external information providers•Organizing trainings on internal and external resources for practitioners (online or one-to-one trainings) and preparing Practice meetings to share and leverage best practices and ensuring that know-how is well captured•Providing a strategic view on the further development of Immigration knowledge management systems and practices in order to support the work and development of the organization into the future
