Junior Test Engineer in Ghimbav

We are looking for a new colleague to support the team. As a team member you will be responsible of: Managing the production test steps/stations which are designated by the team leader, such as: ICT, Flash, Functional test, Load test, Stress test, Final test, HV Test, EOL Test, P-EOL; Installation of the production equipment and preparation of validation procedures; Corrective maintenance (trouble shooting) in respects to his/her process steps and work on sustainable robustness improvements; Debug / maintain / analyze SW application / products in order to reach the quality targets in his/her processes according to the releasing procedure; Ensuring the technical resources regarding his/her process steps for achieving the daily production plan (availability of equipments, spare parts, SW application); Responsible for reaching the quality targets in his/her processes; Leading and implementing continous improvements of the production and test processes; Responsible for the data security of his/her processes and equipments. What will you need to succeed: Master degree in a releated field (engineering / sciences) or an appropriate comparable development; Working experience in automotive components production; Experience in a similar position - nice to have; Communication skills; Presentation skills; Ability to complete task with supervision; Organizational and time management skills; Experience in multi cultural / nationality projects - nice to have; Advance Knowledge of English.
