To guarantee the strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Build and monitor the Customer Plans of each assigned client to define the sales strategies Ensures that the sales plans are implemented in line with the approved Customer Plan, assigned targets, and agreed sales strategies Defines and agrees the assortments & promotional plans with the clients, for both off-line and on-line channels (brick & click), and ensures their correct implementation Systematically verifies sales trends, identifies, and performs the most appropriate corrective actions to achieve the assigned targets Manage the sales forecast according to the client needs and the forecast accuracy targets received Coordinates with Field Sales Managers for achieving predefined objectives Promotes Company Principles and Values .
