This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a sales business plan and key customer satisfaction goals for the assigned accounts and / or sales areaMaintain, develop, and consolidate relationships with all essential functions within the National Healthcare System at sales area level and at Hospital level (where applicable)Responsible for the business result of the assigned accounts and / or sales areaBring in market intelligence and customer knowledgeClosely work with supervisor while monitoring regional / local key policies that may affect Hospital business in designated sales areaMaintain a watching brief on developments within the sales area and customer’s organization which may affect future business in co-operation with Marketing and Wholesaler PartnersAnalyze account attractiveness and develop the account plan including sales, market share and required resources in co-operation with MarketingMake field visits, product presentation, seminars, customer training and establish strong relationships with key decision makers and committees within the sales area and buying organizations for HospitalCRM system management – updating, planning and reporting of field activitiesProactively follow up tenders for Hospital and provides necessary support and documentation to wholesaler partners enabling them for successful participation in bidsConduct business overviews with each assigned buying organization, covering sales volumes, compliance & competitive conditionsOrganize presence and coordinate participation in congresses and other educational events, courses and seminars and participates in Third party organized eventsParticipate and initiate localization procedure for marketing and educational materialsClosely monitor and report competitive activities at sales area levelWork with Managers in implementing multi-source product sales and marketing strategiesManage expense budgetDevelop and manage new services for key customers and sales areaJOB REQUIREMENTSEducation/ExperienceBachelor or Master’s degree preferred (Science, Commercial, Medical, …)Significant experience in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices businesses – min 2 years needed in promoting clinical use products in Hospital, National Accounts etc (not primary care)Be familiar with bid procedures and requirementsPreferred experience in selling/promoting clinical therapies or products dedicated for ICU departments (ATI), surgery ward, gastrointestinal areaAdvantage to have knowledge in clinical nutrition or medication delivery or anesthesia productsPlace of residenceTransilvania area (Tirgu Mures, Cluj)Reasonable Accommodations
