Within the framework of the tandem program "FH-Professor*in werden!" a combined employment takes place half as a teacher for special tasks at the University of Applied Sciences Südwestfalen and half at a cooperation partner from the practice. The program enables young scientists (m/f/d) who are interested in a professorship at a university of applied sciences to gain the necessary practical work experience outside the university sector as well as teaching and research experience in the context of a university of applied sciences. For this reason, the program is aimed in particular at young scientists (m/f/d) who have no or only limited professional experience outside of academia. The employment with the cooperation partner from practice takes place at the company TRILUX Digital Solutions GmbH at the Dortmund location. Tasks: Teaching to the extent of 6 to 8 semester hours per week (SWS) in coordination with the responsible professorship at the university.
