L&D Content Developer in Bucuresti

My leading Technology client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead their content development as they go through a large transformation programme. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning content and Knowledge Base Articles. The following skills/experience are required: Strong L&D content design experience. Experience of working with HTML LMS platforms & content creation software. Customer service/contact centre knowledge is desirable. Excellent communication skills.
