L1 Support Specialist in Bucuresti

Job Location: Bucharest (the team works mostly remotely) Type of Collaboration: Individual Employment Contract or B2B Contract Duration: 1 year, contract renewable annually Tasks Monitor and manage a support system for cases related to end user access and support within specified applications. Take ownership of cases, contacting submitters to gather additional information and clarify issues or needs. Utilize extensive knowledge of applications, their functionalities, and reference materials to provide effective solutions. Interact with team members to seek guidance and collaborate on issue resolution. Monitor a support queue for cases related to company applications. Contact case submitters to gather additional information on unclear or ambiguous issues. Requirements Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas such as VLOOKUP and MATCH. Ability to work on rotation during the second shift (Noon to 8:00 pm local Bucharest time). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
