L2 Support Analyst with French Permanent contract|Bucuresti|IT (Information Technology) L2 Support Analyst with French Bucuresti, Romania Permanent contract IT (Information Technology) Responsibilities Specifically, you will be required to: Providing L2 Technical Support to internal Clients, for the following tools: Neocase (primarily), a ticketing system for HR and PeopleDoc GED-SED, an application for electronic archive and electronic signature. Opening, monitoring and closing of tickets for each request received, maintaining the client informed - all actions performed via the dedicated ticketing tool; Transfering cases to L3 (Provider / Dev team) if unable to solve incoming issues; Participating in production monitoring committees; Maintaining up-to-date documentation, mailing lists and application contacts; Participating to complex issues analysis and resolution or on evolutions with the Business Analysts; Collaborating with the other team members where needed, on multiple topics; Offering support to the team leaders/ team coordinators in implementing the action plans for improving service; Participating in Agile ceremonies; Conducting Agile related activities, as per the process agreed in the team; Offer support to more junior colleagues in the support team Profile required Professional experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Functional / Technical Support Working experience with HR tools is considered a plus (ex: Peoplesoft HCM, Charisma, Neocase) Studies: University studies completed or in progress (Bachelor and/or master’s degree) Foreign languages: Able to work with English and French speaking users (at least B2 level English and B2 level French); Very good communication skills both written and oral; Very good attention to details; Agile methodology knowledge and experience (it’s a plus); Solutions finding oriented; Good MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) skills.
