Lead Architect, HR & EHS Services in Bucuresti

Job Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to understand business demands and help converting business demands into solutions designs Be a Business Partner, interact with stakeholders as advisor and sparring partner to maintain relations, ensure governance and prioritizations Be a professional and competent sparring partner for product owners, consultants, and solution architects on current and future architecture Lead the collaboration between solution architects, other capability architects and the enterprise architects. This includes being a driving force of establishing a HR & EHS architect community As Architect you will be responsible for creating an overview of our HR & EHS solutions globally to help us drive strategic and tactical decisions and establishing target composable architecture for HR & EHS Services You will participate in developing, deploying, and building new solutions and self-service tools, thereby ensuring focus on the key business needs of our stakeholders We offer A great opportunity to define and deliver the future for large scale enterprise solutions An exciting position with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development Inspiring, dynamic, and international work environment Background & Skills Talent with ambitions and a “can-do” attitude Experience working with and communicating IT architecture - and solution design in a global context A solid understanding of technology in general and preferably knowledge of HR & EHS from a global setting Relevant work experience within IT and HR, having project experience and IT architectural skills We also expect you to hold a relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree. As such, your toolbox is loaded with knowledge that will help you to support, plan and drive processes You should be experienced in creating architecture documentation both in drawing and written formats. Experience with the TOGAF methodology and the Archimate modeling language will be a benefit It is a must that you are fluent in English, both orally and written You have a good drive, are eager to learn and can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges every day You are known for your open-mind and communicative approach to build relations and cooperate across cultures and geography. At the same time, you can work independently, pay attention to detail and your structured way of working permits you to come up with the right solutions and make the necessary decisions You take ownership and proactively engage in continuous improvements with a strategic perspective You are not afraid to take calculated risks or think out of the box solutions You are a cooperative, humble, and dependable colleague to others and a flexible team player who can work across areas and with varying tasks at hand
