Job Responsibilities We imagine that you will: Drive change, give visibility to Business Value, support all levels in the organization to embrace and adopt agile working methodologies Support to anchor the Agile values and principles throughput the UX Program Drive the prioritization of future deliverables & improvement suggestions together with program management Facilitate education in agile methodologies & principles to program members, conduct workshops with teams who want to start their agile journey or already have collected a bit experience with agile methodologies Coach colleagues, teams and management to understand the agile approach Collect learnings, experience & share best practices across products and teams Communicate within the UX program, but also outside the organization about the agile transformation Be thriving in an environment, where change is the only constant Mobilize colleagues and pave the road for change.
