Ezugi is a company where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence and innovation are rewarded, and has built a reputation as a top employer for the Romanian development market.</p>About You Professional Background- Minimum 3 years in the company with minimum 1 year being on a Supervisor position- Minimum 5 years of experience on Pit-Boss (or above) position in land base casinos- No disciplinary records- No lateness nor absences 6 months prior the interviewHard Skills- Advanced level of English- Good PC skills- Knowledge of all internal procedures (gaming procedures, studio procedures , payroll, bonuses, schedule and breaklist,etc)- Knowledge of company’s code of conduct and ethical rulesSoft Skills & Personal Traits- Integrity, Kindness, Fairness, Transparency, Strong work ethic, Compassion, Firmness, Flexibility, Self-Awareness, Assertiveness, Determined, Open Minded, Responsible, Confident- Proven positive, constructive and curious mindset- Proven ability for high level communication / great at listening / encouraging dialogue- High level observation skills- High level planning skills- Problem-solving skills, Solution orientedAbout the Role - Sustaining the growth of team members- Building, applying and defending employee centered culture- Team-oriented.
